Our team of property management professionals have been maintaining homes for a long time. Whilst it’s not rocket science, we do have a slick digital platform that records the key details of every property we manage. That way when a tenant calls, we can resolve the issue in super quick time.
We offer tenants a 24/7, 365 day service to ensure that they can always report their issues, providing peace of mind that they will be quickly and efficiently resolved.
Whilst we’ll deal with all of the basics from changing a light bulb to managing accidental damage, more fundamental items often require resolution by the landlord so our lease incentivises them to act quickly, ensuring each property is always achieving its best.
Relationships are Everything
For the period of the lease the tenant will be Roundstone, giving landlords peace of mind that their property will be looked after and managed in a professional way. We sublet the property to fully screened applicants who have 24/7 support to address any issues.
Accidental damage insurance will be in place as a matter of course. With our two year rent guarantee, the landlord can forget about their property entirely getting their rent no matter what, avoiding costly void periods and the hassle of finding yet another tenant.
As a premium Estate Agent partner you receive a £250 referral fee for every property and a dedicated account manager who understands the demands of your business and ensures that working with Roundstone is simple and hassle free.

So whilst it can be difficult, costly and time consuming to remove a private tenant, it is pretty straightforward to remove a company.
